The Integrated Home Care Service is a service that aims to assist and contribute to improving the quality of life of frail people at home. In fact, one's home is the ideal environment to preserve and stimulate the residual capacity for autonomy thanks to the presence of the network of relatives, friends and caregivers who usually surround the assisted person in normal daily life and direct integration with the territory.
